Does anyone else think that this chick on (HGTV My First Place) is a *****?

Not sure about the buyer but the Realtor is a piece of work. She annoys the heck out of me if you are talking Sandra ---- She always talks people into buying more than they want to spend. Tells them the banks know what they are talking about if they are prequalified for that amount. Yea like the banks know what they are doing these days. and just because you qualify for and amount doesn't mean you want to be house poor. She never listens to what her clients want.
