Where would I be happiest in Peace Corps?

I agree with your essment that Africa would probably give you the best, most memorable experience. However, I also agree with the first answerer in that you may not be cut out for the Peace Corp experience. In nearly every place you may be igned you will find the living conditions to be primitive by US standards. Also, you may find it difficult to find acceptable food options. You have to go to a place with a very open mind and attitude. If you want glamour or such you are looking at the wrong organization. The opportunity to serve as a peace corp volunteer is amazing and you would probably enjoy it immensely but you must have an open mind. GOOD LUCK
