Instead of being dogmatic, rigid and opinionated in your thinking, you should try to adopt a more flexible and friendly approach towwards others. There is likely to be resistance or opposition to your opinions and viewpoints but you shouldn't give up your beliefs just because of that. Take time out to reess and reyze the situation and then refocus your energies when you implement plans. In a nutshell, stay alert and be flexible in your approach to all matters.
