I cannot read my emails that are in Fasi (Persian) language?

I could read them before, but now they are unreadable. Actually, I did different changes in the view, encoding including several suggestions from Yahoo memebers, BUT the problem has not been solved. Any suggestion and/or help would be appreciad.
