What is a good enveloper pedal?

i bought the Mod Tone Funk Filter and the thing sounds wonderful, but you have to turn down your guitar between 3 and 4 to hit the sweet spot, i also use an Ibanez Tube Screamer overdrive but the tube screamer only sounds at its best when my guitar is at 10 (max volume). I was listening to "Heavy Rotation" by Page McConnell and wanted to know what effects that guitarist was using in the beginning in the song. The only things im seeing in my price range our the Mod Tone Funk Filter (already have) and the Q Tron.
