Im roughly 4 weeks pregnant and having mild cramps/twinges?

im really freaking out as im only around 4 weeks pregnant and am experiencing mild cramps/ twinges.. ive lost a baby before and am petrified its going to happen again..it also feels like mini shooting pains.. is this normal or should i be worried? :o( x
