How can I improve my reading ?

We've got this shakespeare reading coming up in cl, and i gotta present a scene from Hamlet with my group. And i wanna do good, and not let my group down, but i'm pretty bad at reading out loud. First of all, i wasn't born in Canada, i came here when i was 5, so english aint my first language. And second, I'm kinda shy, so i'm really bad at speaking out loud, as well i can't read fast, and always misprounounce stuff cause i get nervous for these kinda things. So what can I do to improve, by monday?
