I need to look good in a bakinni before June 8th?

ok, first of all no fast food or soft drinks. all that is is extra calories you do not need. I ume that you are in school since you are a young teen and unless your cafeteria is actually serving something healthy, it is most likely grease. so either brown bag a peanut er and jelly or somethin like that or eat anything healthy they have such as fruit or veggies. try not to eat an after school snack. if you must have one, sugar free jello is great b/c it only has 10 calories per serving. of course you know that you need to exercise, so some easy to do exercises at home would be stomach crunches, push ups, and lunged for your legs. do 2 sets of 20 the first week and then increase it by 5 every week. soon you will be a y momma!!! good luck girl!!!
