I need some advice about good enlargement pills or pumps.?

I have been taking Enzyte for 6 months and my went from only 3 3/4 inch to 4 inches. This isn't a good enough improvement. I am Vietnamese and am naturally small. I have been able to get with women but after the I feel like they aren't satisfied. I would like natural male enhancement but really at this point anything goes. Please Help!!!!! what should I take????
