Do you think this guy is gay? IMPORTANT!?

okk. so i have this friend that is a guy. he loves putting makeup on me and doing my hair. and he always loves helping me shop. he knows the highest latest fashions and he always picks out my outfits when we hang out. hes not wierd around girls. In fronbt of his guy friends, he deepens his voice and he loves smoking around them just to be in"the group" and act cool. He loves spending money on sungles and designer stuff. So we want to know if hes gay. So one day his sister told us that she caught him one day putting makeup on himself!! and he always takes her makeup. he also steals her extentions and sews them into a wig and makes a dress out of a blanket that he has. After we heard this, we decided to test it. We took a box of eyeshadow and put a piece of paper inside to know if he used it or not if the paper moved at all. We put the eyeshadow in his room. The next week, the eyeshadow was gone. and he NEVER cleans his room so... where would it have gone? I dont understand. He doesnt sound or look gay but thats why im confused. HELP!
