HELP! My dog just swallowed my underware!?

I have a 4 month old Mastiff weighing 60 pounds and he just ate one of my favorite thongs!! Well, more like he swallowed it whole! He didn't chew it up or anything, he just swallowed it! I'm sooo scared! What should I do?! Thank you all in advance!
