Question about 2000 Honda Accord EX Windshield Wipers Not Working?

I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX 4-cyl and my wipers are not moving at all when I turn them on. I can hear the motor working but the wipers are not moving at all. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks. You may also reply to Navkhaz@yahoo.com I REALLY NEED MY WIPERS TO DRIVE!!!!!
